The place of arbitration shall be Delhi/New Delhi. The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, shall govern the arbitration proceedings. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language and the cost of such arbitration is to be bear by both the Parties equally.

JURISDICTION
User expressly agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi for the settlement of the disputes arising either in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of the User(s) Terms and Conditions or for adjudication of any dispute as a consequence of arbitral proceedings /arbitral award.
